End-of-Year Workplace Safety Walk-through – OSHA Compliance

With the end of the year drawing near, it is a good time to conduct a safety walk-through of your dental clinic to examine your written operating instructions, training programs, records, and daily practices to ensure a safe workplace for your staff, as well as continued compliance with Cal/OSHA requirements.

Creating and maintaining a safe dental workplace requires diligence and constant oversight. Office safety walk-throughs at periodic intervals, at least annually, provide an opportunity to identify unsafe practices and conditions. An end-of-the-year self- inspection will help to guarantee a good start to the new year!
