As the 2023 Comes to a Close…

With that, we want to remind everyone to be safe this holiday season. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) promotes staying healthy and mindful during the winter season, with guidance on how to stay safe before and after a winter storm, as well as tips on how to stay healthy during the holidays.

For employers, the end of the year is a good time to reflect on how the year has been, both the failures and successes, in the workplace. From a health and safety perspective, we recommend conducting a safety walkthrough of your dental clinic to examine your written operating instructions, training programs, records, and daily practices to ensure a safe workplace for your staff, as well as continued compliance with US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
