CE Waiver for CA Dental Licensees Extended to April 2021
The California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) released its fourth Waiver Notice, dated October 22, to extend the continuing education (CE) requirements for California dental licensees whose active licenses expire between March 31, 2020, and December 31, 2020. According to the Notice, licensees must satisfy any waived CE requirements within six months of the Notice, unless further extended by the DCA. The temporary waivers do not relieve dental licensees from complying with any other renewal requirements, including completing and submitting the required renewal forms to the Dental Board of California.
