Dental Board Issued Mislabeled Renewal Notices – California Dentist

The Dental Board of California (DBC) issued an alert to California dentists whose license/permit expire in August 2015. The renewal notices were mailed in envelopes with an incorrect return address, which stated the Bureau of Automotive Repair instead of the Dental Board of California. The DBC requests that affected dentists carefully check their mail for the renewal form in the incorrect envelope. If they need a new renewal notice, they should contact the DBC at 877-729-7789 or dentalboard@dca.ca.gov.
